I would love to see a National Park sign at the gate(s) to Ft. Monroe rather than those big Divaris Real Estate signs--they're tacky and they send the message that the whole place is up for sale rather than welcoming people to visit one of America's newest national parks! By the way, I agree with all the other commentators that the park should be expanded to include the section (the Wherry Quarter) between the moated fort area and the northern green area. That could be a wonderful open, green area to connect the two parts and to give the visitors great views of the Bay and the fortress.
